　　高效復合圓錐破碎機(西蒙斯)是上海巍立針對中等以下物料破碎研發而成的一款新型破碎機，從粗碎到細碎設計了四種規格的腔型，有六種可能的組合供用戶選擇，用戶通過選擇合適的破碎腔型及偏心距，可以方便地適應不同的生產要求。

　　High efficiency composite cone crusher (Simmons)is a new crusher developed by Shanghai Weili forcrushing materials below medium size. Four types of cavity are designed from coarse crushing to finecrushing. There are six possible combinations for users to choose. Users can easily adapt to differentproduction requirements by selecting appropriate crushing cavity and eccentricity.

　　液壓系統

　　高效復合圓錐破碎機的液壓調整系統可有效調整破碎機排料口大小，在過鐵或者有異物通過破碎機時，液壓系統會自動降低主軸、提供過載保護，待異物排出后，再重新保持原來的排礦口位置繼續工作。

　　破碎腔型

　　高效復合圓錐破碎機改進了破碎腔型設計，破碎能力比老式圓錐破碎機提升了1/3，有效提升了產品細料比例和均勻立方體產品。

　　密封可靠

　　高效復合圓錐破碎機采用迷宮式密封裝置，有效防止設備免2調整受灰塵雜質侵入，從而保證了潤清油的清潔，進一步提高了滑動。扎軸承、推力球軸承的使用壽命。

　　更換方便

　　高效復合圓錐破碎機的錐體蕊和破碎壁全部由數控立柱車床加工，結合更緊密，更換更易更方便，大大節約了維護成本。

　　Hydraulic system

　　The hydraulic adjustment system of the high-efficiency composite cone crusher can effectively adjustthe size of the discharge port of the crusher. When there is iron or foreign matter passing through thecrusher, the hydraulic system will automatically reduce the spindle and provide overload protection. Afterthe foreign matter is discharged, the original position of the discharge port will be maintained again tocontinue to work.

　　The high efficiency composite cone crusher improves the design of crushing cavity, and the crushing capacity is 11 3 higher than that of the old cone crusher, which effectively improves the proportion of fine materials and uniformcube products.

　　The labyrinth sealing device is adopted in the high efficiency compound cone crusher to effectively prevent theequipment from the invasion of dust and impurities, so as to ensure the cleanness oflubricating oil and further improvethe service life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing.

　　Easy to replace

　　The cone core and crushing wall of the high-efficiency composite cone crusher are all processed by the CNCcolumn lathe. The combination is closer, the replacement is easier and more convenient, and the maintenance costisgreatly saved.
